1 cup + 1/4 cup water
3 strands of pure saffron
3 cardamoms, seeds crushed
3 overnight soaked and peeled almonds
1 inch cinnamon
Note: can sweeten the tea with jaggery, palm jaggery, coconut sugar or maple syrup.
