sweet potato – 200 gms
1/2 tsp pink salt, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp k chilli powder, 1/2 jeera powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1 cup stone ground jowar flour, 1/2 tsp ajwain, 1/2 tsp jeera (that part got eliminated out while editing the video), 1/4 inch ginger, 2 tbsp coriander leaves, 1/2 onion finely chopped, 1 green chilli, 3/4 cup water (add water as needed), wood pressed oil or A2 desi ghee as needed.
