1/2 cup urad dal
1 1/2 cups water
2 cups of rice flour (I used thooyamalli rice flour which I made at home), you can use any rice flour of your choice.
1 tsp black jeera
1/2 tsp jeera (cumin seeds)
1/2 tsp asafoetida powder (hing)
2 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
1 tsp pink himalayan salt
2-3 tbsp water as needed to knead it onto a soft dough
wood pressed coconut oil or any wood pressed oils of your choice as needed.
