1 cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup tur dal, 1/2 cup channa dal, 1/2 cup urad dal, 1/2 cup green mung dal, 4-5 whole red chilies
1 1/2 cups water, 1 tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp hing (asafoetida), pink himalayan salt as needed, couple of sprigs of curry leaves.
