2 cups barnyard millet, 2 tbsp wood pressed sesame oil, 3/4 tsp mustard seeds, 1/2 tsp jeera, 1/4 of a coconut, 1/3 cup raw peanuts, 1/4 cup pottukadala, handful of cashews, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp kashmiri chilli powder, 1/2 tsp amchur, 1/4 tsp chaat masala, 2 sprigs curry leaves, 1 tsp jaggery, 4-5 whole red chilies, pink himalayan salt as needed.
Bajra Mathri Recipe:
1 tsp black peppercorns, 3 cups bajra atta (pearl millet flour), 1 tbsp ajwain, 1/2 tsp jeera, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp kauri methi (dried fenugreek leaves), 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1/3 cup wood pressed ground nut oil, 3/4 cup water, wood pressed oil for deep frying
