Here are the ingredients for this pulao recipe:
1 cup handpound brown rice, 2 cups water
Spices: 2 bay leaves, 2 whole red chilies, 5-6 green cardamoms, 1 black cardamom, 1/2 mace, 5-6 black peppercorns, 6-7 cloves, 1 cinnamon.
Vegetables: 1/4 cup peas, 1/4 cup beans, 1/2 capsicum, 1 potato, 2 carrots, 1/4 cup cauliflower, 1 tomato.
2 tbsp A2 desi ghee, 1 1/2 tbsp rasisin, 1 1/2 tbsp cashewnuts, 1 tsp jeera, pink himalayan salt as needed, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tso kashmiri chilli powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder.
Raita: Vegan curd or milk curd, 2 tomatoes, 1 onion, salt as needed, 1 tsp wood pressed groundnut oil, 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, 2 whole red chilies.
