Soft Jowar Puttu: 3/4 cup jowar flakes (aval), 2 tbsp water as needed, pink salt as needed
Green Mung Dal curry: 1 cup mung dal, soaked overnight. Pink salt as needed, grated coconut, water. Tadka: 1 tsp wood pressed coconut oil, mustard seeds, shallots, curry leaves, whole red chilies.
