I like to keep my freezer stocked with a handful of go-to staples to help myself and my family eat well on days (or nights) when we don’t have a plan and/or are really short on time.
Lots of these meals help us avoid ordering a pizza 3 times er week, lol!
The foods you will just about always find in my freezer include; frozen fruit, frozen rice, veggie burgers, left over soup or chili, flat bread, tortillas + sprouted English muffins, meat + seafood, frozen peas and edamame, veggie dumplings and some type of sweet treat or DIY breakfast option.
There are just SO many ways to use them, especially if you pair them with pantry and fridge staples.
